DELIVERIES

When will I receive my order?

If you have chosen to collect your order from a store, you will receive an email informing you that your order is in store. It usually takes 1-5 working days.

If you have chosen to send your order with the partner shipping company, once it is received by the carries, you will receive an email which will inform you of the racking number of your shipment

Can I change the shipping method?

The selected shipping method cannot be changed if the purchase has been completed.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

If you have chosen home delivery and were absent at the time of delivery, we suggest that you contact the shipping company. In case that you are not able to contact with it, please contact with us and we will verify with the courier.

Can I refuse to receive my order?

If you no longer wish to receive your purchase, please contact us.

Can my order be delayed?

During peak seasons (sales season), there will be delays.

My order shows as having been delivered, but I haven’t received it? What can I do?

In that case, we advise that you contact us and we will check with the carrier.

PAYMENTS

When will I be charged for my order?

The payment will be charged as soon as we send your order. If you have paid by PayPal or card, it will be charged as soon as you complete the purchase.

How can I pay with a Gift Card, Voucher Receipt or Credit Invoice that I have from one of the physical stores?

These options are not valid in online purchases. They are only valid at one of the physical stores.

Can I apply a discount code to my purchase?

You can fill in the discount code in the relevant field during your purchase.

Can I pay for my purchase in installments?

Payment in installments depends on the conditions associated with the card with which you make the purchase.

The amount of my purchase was charged twice. What can I do?

Some banks may show both a pre-authorisation and the actual subsequent charge. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorisation.

Can I make a purchase with an invoice?

To receive an invoice for your online purchase you will have to submit your order under business information. In this case, we will ask you for some information in order to create the relevant invoice.

How do I prepare my return package?

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return you order in any other packaging, as long as it is properly sealed to prevent the items from getting lost.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?

How do I make an online purchase?
