If your purchase has not met your expectations, you may proceed to a return.

You may read the conditions and the different options available for you to return your items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN

  • You have 14 calendar days to return your order from the date you received your order.
  • The items must be in their original condition, without any flaws, and retain all their tags.

Before any item replacement or refund, items are subject to quality control. After this process is completed, you have the following options available:

ITEM REPLACEMENT

You may replace the returned item with either another size of another item, depending on the availability at the time, by filling the relevant field on the return form.

In this case, it is recommended that you contact us so that we may assist you as best as possible.

ITEM REPLACEMENT ON STORE

You may replace your returned item at any store that suits you best.

DROP POINT RETURN

You may return your item by dropping off your package at any drop point and at any shipping company that you wish. The package must contain the return form completed.

The return cost is borne by the customer.

Once we receive your return, you will be notified by email.

RETURN TO STORE

You may return your item for free at any store. You must present the invoice, as well as the return form completed. You will receive a return invoice and the return will be handled by the relevant department.

All refunds are completed within 14 working days. Once the refund is completed, you will receive an email with a copy of the refund.

In case of payment by card or PayPal, the refund is made to the relevant card or PayPal account. In case of payment by cash on delivery or bank deposit, you must fill your IBAN in the relevant field on the return form.

Refunds are only valid for the online store, and not for the physical stores.
