Returns Policy

If your purchase did not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it.

Below you will find the applicable conditions and the available options for returning your products.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order from the courier service.

  • Products must be in their original condition, without any damage, and with all tags attached.

Before any product exchange or refund is approved, all returned items undergo a quality inspection. Once this process has been completed, the following options are available:

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

You may exchange the returned product for a different size or another product, subject to availability at the time of your request, by completing the relevant section of the return form.

In this case, we recommend contacting us in advance so that we can assist you as effectively as possible.

IN-STORE PRODUCT EXCHANGE

You may exchange your product at any of our stores.

RETURN VIA A COURIER DROP-OFF POINT

You may return your product by handing your parcel over at any convenient drop-off point operated by any courier service. The completed return form must be included in the parcel.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns sent at our company’s expense will not be accepted, and delivery of such parcels will be refused.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email.

IN-STORE RETURN

You may return your product free of charge at any of our stores. You must present your receipt and the completed return form. You will receive a return receipt, and your refund will be processed by the appropriate department.

All refunds are processed within 14 business days. For orders paid by cash on delivery, this period begins on the date the cash-on-delivery amount is transferred to us by our partner courier service. Once the refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

For payments made by card or PayPal, the refund will be issued to the same card or PayPal account. For payments made by cash on delivery or bank transfer, you must enter your IBAN in the relevant section of the return form.

Refunds are available only for purchases made through our online store and not for purchases made at our physical stores.
