When you process your order, we will show you the available shipping methods and its cost.
SHIPPING TO A STORE
Delivery: 1-5 working days
Cost: FREE
During your order, we will show you the available stores so that you may choose the store that suits you best to collect your order. If you choose the aforementioned shipping method, the order must be paid online.
You have 7 working days to collect your order in store. You just need to present either your name or the number of your order in store.
HOME DELIVERY
Delivery: 1-5 working days
Cost: ON CHARGE (within Greece), ON CHARGE (abroad)
All orders within Greece are shipped with Geniki Taxydromiki. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a new email which will inform you of the tracking number of your shipment so that you may track it at any time.
All orders to Cyprus are shipped with Geniki Taxydromiki. Pay on delivery is not a valid shipping method, while all shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
All international orders are shipped with UPS. The shipping and return costs, as well as any extra costs (customs and taxes) are borne by the customer.
DROP POINT DELIVERY
Delivery: 1-5 working days
Cost: FREE
During your order, you may choose to collect your order from your nearest store of our partner shipping company. You will have to fill the field ADDRESS with “collect from Geniki Taxydromiki store”.
DELIVERY DATES
For shipments within the area of Attiki, it takes 1-3 working days.
For shipments outside the area of Attiki, it takes 1-5 working days.
For shipments from Mykonos, it takes 2 extra working days.
For shipments to Cyprus, it takes 7 working days.
During peak seasons, there will be delays.
The orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days.
ORDER SHIPMENT IN DIFFERENT DELIVERIES
There is a possibility that your order will be split into two orders. In this case, you will receive two different emails which will inform you of the tracking number of each shipment so that you may track them at any time.
