Shipping Policy

During checkout, the available shipping methods and their corresponding costs will be displayed. Orders are shipped in partnership with Courier Center, ELTA Courier and UPS.

STORE PICKUP

Delivery: 1–5 business days

Cost: FREE

During checkout, the available stores will be displayed so that you can select the most convenient location for collecting your order. Full payment of the order is required when choosing this option.

You have 7 business days to collect your order from the store. Simply provide your full name or order number upon collection.

HOME DELIVERY

Delivery: 1–5 business days

Cost: Calculated during checkout according to the destination.

All shipments within Greece are handled by Courier Center or ELTA Courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing its tracking number, allowing you to track it at any time.

All shipments to Cyprus are handled by UPS, with a fixed shipping cost of €35. Cash on delivery is not available as a payment method, while return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

DELIVERY TO A PICKUP POINT

Delivery: 1–5 business days

Cost: FREE

During checkout, you may choose to collect your order from the nearest branch of our partner courier service by entering “Collection from a Courier Center branch” in the “Address” field.

DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated delivery time for shipments within Attica is 1–3 business days.

The estimated delivery time for shipments outside Attica is 1–5 business days.

Shipments from Mykonos require 2 additional business days.

The estimated delivery time for shipments to Cyprus is 7 business days.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days.

During periods of increased order volume, such as sales, promotional events or Black Friday, delays may occur in the processing and dispatch of orders.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Your order may be split into two separate shipments. In this case, you will receive a separate email for each shipment containing the corresponding tracking number, allowing you to track them at any time.

Customs Clearance and Fees

For purchases shipped to countries outside the European Union, please note the following:

  • Any order shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance procedures and customs charges, depending on the regulations of the destination country.

  • Any duties, taxes, customs fees or other related expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer. Our company does not cover or calculate these charges during checkout or when the order is dispatched.

  • We recommend contacting the relevant customs authorities in your country before placing an order to obtain information about any additional charges that may apply.

DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or related customs clearance procedures.
