PAYMENT METHODS

At Simple Caracters, we accept the following payment methods. When your purchase is being processed, we will show you the available options for your order.

PAY ON DELIVERY

You have the option to pay your order to the employee of the partner shipping company when your order is delivered to your place. The pay on delivery method costs (+3.00€). According to Greek tax provisions, orders worth more than €500 (including VAT) to individuals and orders worth more €620 (including VAT) to businesses cannot be paid with the above payment method.

PAYPAL

You have the option to pay your order via your PayPal account.

 

VIVA WALLET 

You have the option to pay your order with any debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diner's and American Express) on the Viva Wallet Smart Checkout platform. With the Viva Wallet Smart Checkout feature you are safely directed to the platform environment to complete your order.
 

BANK DEPOSIT

You have the option to pay your order via bank deposit. The beneficiary of the bank account should be the person who has placed the order. Your name and your order number have to be stated on the deposit. After placing your order, you have 48 hours for the deposit; otherwise the order will be cancelled.

The relevant department will confirm that your deposit has been made successfully. For deposits within the same bank, it takes a few hours for the amount to appear in our account. For deposits between different banks, it takes up to three working days for the amount to appear in our account
